The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this twenty-fifth of July, 2023. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in participation.
Upon the call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with some amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a brief financial update outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised concerns regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed community garden construction and parking maintenance.
- The board addressed the homeowner's questions, providing clarifications about the plans.
Following the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, at a later date.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed click here to strengthen the value of life for all residents while tackling current concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and provide their feedback by September 1st.
- A public forum will be held on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by adding shrubs, cleaning up public spaces, and promoting a sense of pride.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
